Supporting the motivation of students with SEMH needs

Through interviewing students with SEMH needs for her Part 2 investigation, Sarah identified ways in which these students’ needs affected their learning motivation. These students actually held an intrinsic view of their motivation and anxiety. Teachers were perceived as a defining factor on their motivation, and thus their awareness of the needs of these students is vital.
