Oxford Association for Language Learning Annual Conference
From 09:30 until 14:30
At the Department of Education, University of Oxford
Join us for the 2023 Oxford Association for Language Learning Annual Conference, hosted by the Department of Education at the University of Oxford, and the Oxford Education Deanery. The theme of this year's conference is 'Supporting Students Across Education Transitions in Modern Languages' and teachers of modern languages at Primary and Secondary school are invited to spend a day engaging with research-informed ideas about supporting students to flourish throughout their language learning journey. We will kick off with a keynote speech from Professor Suzanne Graham about transition from Key Stage 2 - 3, followed by a choice of workshops. Some workshops will be tailored for Primary or Secondary colleagues, whilst others will be designed to bring colleagues from both phases together for networking and sharing of ideas.
