Teachers’ evaluation to reflect on growth mindset in order to build resilience in students

Following Lucy Dasgupta’s MSc dissertation, Tina Herringshaw from John Mason School explored what strategies could help more teachers to develop a growth mindset. Her 3-year action research project involved some substantial groundwork and working with teachers from a different department, and eventually spread an impact beyond hers.
