Oxford University Museums and Collections
There are seven Oxford University Museums and Collections (OUMC), and each is an individual department of the University.
Although they are largely separate organisations which differ in size, content, character, and infrastructure, they benefit from working together in many areas, as well as in partnership with external organisations.
OUMC has a strong outreach and education programme which is suitable for all ages and abilities.

The Bate Collection of Musical Instruments, in the Faculty of Music at Oxford University, is the most comprehensive collection in Britain of European woodwind, brass and percussion.
A visit to the Bodleian also offers access to our unique buildings and collections through our exhibitions, events, shop and venue hire.
The Bodleian Library is part of the Bodleian Libraries group: the largest university library system in the UK.
