Summary

Twelve teachers volunteered to participate in this teacher inquiry related to a new method of conducting classroom observations for experienced teacher. It ran through 3 lesson observation cycles, after which both teacher and observer provided feedback on their experience. The inquiry found that teachers and observers were both positive about the experience, but that they were split on the clarity of observation focus and on the link between focus and action.
